Jean Sprackland's latest collection, Sleeping Keys, was published by Cape in 2013. Tilt was the winner of the Costa Poetry Award in 2007, and Jean is also the author of Strands: A Year of Discoveries on the Beach, which won the Portico Prize for Non-Fiction. She lives in London, and is Academic Director of the Writing School at Manchester Metropolitan University.
